For the last few years, October Prime Day — or Prime Big Deal Days, as it’s officially known — basically kicks off the fall shopping season that culminates with Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Because this is an Amazon event, if you’re specifically looking to invest in its devices, now is probably a good time to buy. If you wait until Black Friday you are probably going to see plenty of deals on smart home devices from multiple brands. Black Friday sales tend to be extremely limited in both time and supply.
