This started with the Mars projector which was released in 2017. The projectors are perfect for your next movie night or reality TV binge. Anker’s Nebula projector line now includes several models, including more affordable “soda can” size projectors such as the Capsule Air to the high-end Cosmos Laser.

I’ve tried several of the Nebula projectors and some are certainly better than others. I like the new Capsule Air, which is on sale for $280, but it’s not the brightest projector (150 ANSI Lumens) and offers 720p resolution, not 1080p. Still, it’s lightweight (1.43 pounds), very compact, has Google TV and a built speaker that plays pretty loud. All that makes it easy to carry around and project anywhere (with a more entry-level projector like the Capsule Air it’s best not to project an image that’s too large — I tend to stick with 50 to 60 inches).

Anker also sells accessories for the Capsule Air like a snap-on base and gimbal accessory that give you more projecting flexibility (the gimbal makes it easy to project onto a ceiling). Battery life is rated at up to 2 hours and you can plug a power bank into the USB-C charging port to extend the battery life.
