NFL Playoffs: How to Watch Texans vs. Chiefs Today

How to watch Texans vs. Chiefs

Kansas City’s quest for a three-peat begins today. The Chiefs enjoyed a first-round bye last weekend as the AFC’s top seed, after going 15-2 this season. Despite the lofty record, the Chiefs are not the offensive juggernaut of yore. Patrick Mahomes is still the best quarterback in football, but the Chiefs have relied on their defense this year to win close game after close game.

Houston comes into Arrowhead Stadium fresh off a dominating win in the Wild Card round. The Texans raced past the Chargers 32-12, with their defense recording four sacks and four interceptions. They’ll need a similar effort against Mahomes and the Chiefs to upset the two-time defending Super Bowl champs on their home field.

The Texans and Chiefs kick off today at 4:30 p.m. ET (1:30 p.m. PT) on ABC, ESPN and ESPN Plus. If you don’t have a cable or satellite TV subscription, you can watch the game with a live TV streaming service.

How to watch Texans vs. Chiefs

You can watch the game with a live TV streaming service. The good news for football fans is that ABC and ESPN are available on all five major streaming services, as is ESPN2 if you want to watch the Manning brothers. You can also watch the regular game broadcast, as well as the ManningCast on ESPN Plus.

Another option is to use an over-the-air antenna connected to your TV to watch on ABC. The best part about antennas is that no streaming or monthly fees are required, although you will need to ensure you have good reception.
